and He shall reign for ever and ever

King of Kings,
for ever and ever. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
and Lord of Lords,
for ever and ever. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

King of Kings,
for ever and ever. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

and Lord of Lords,
for ever and ever. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

King of Kings, and Lord of Lords,
and He shall reign for ever and ever
and He shall reign for ever and ever

King of Kings
for ever and ever. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
and He shall reign for ever and ever,
for ever and ever,
King of Kings,
and Lord of Lords,
King of Kings,
and Lord of Lords,
and He shall reign for ever and ever,

King of Kings,
and Lord of Lords.

       "Surely He [Jesus] has borne our griefs
       And carried our sorrows;
       Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
       Smitten by God, and afflicted.
       But He was wounded for our transgressions,
       He was bruised for our iniquities;
       The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
       And by His stripes we are healed.
       All we like sheep have gone astray;
       We have turned, every one, to his own way;
       And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all"
                                          (Isaiah 53:4-6, NKJV).

"But the angel answered and said to the women [Mary Magdalene and the other Mary], 'Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead, and indeed He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you'" (Matthew 28:5-7, NKJV).
